WELL, HOT DOG!!!

Are you ever in for a treat, and of course…I am super-excited to work with you to help you get to feeling deeply relaxed, restored, pain-free, and just generally amazing!  Here are a few reminders to help you with your first visit!

FIRST, WELCOME TO THE INSPIRE STUDIO!

907 RICHMOND ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG VA 23185
757-585-5981, anna.bennett@gmail.com

This is the garden entrance to The Inspire Studio and you can find parking here too.

The Inspire Studio Entrance is to the RIGHT of the building, and shares space with Hair, Body, & Soul…a wonderful hair salon!

  1. When you book your first appointment, you’ll be sent a link to fill out an on-line health and waiver form.  Be sure to fill this out as completely as possible prior to your appointment.
  2. Please arrive around 10 minutes early for your appointment, and park on the right side of the building, in front of the STUDIO ENTRANCE.  You are welcome to enter through the front salon side if you’d like to wait in the lobby, or use the restroom prior, but do please park on the side where the studio entrance is.

  3. Please look for the signage displayed in the window that indicates RED (please wait), or GREEN (come on in!).  **’Important:  Please do not knock on the door if the sign is RED.  The Studio itself does not have a waiting room, and you will be entering a total bubble of Zen directly through this door.  Although a good deal of time is allotted between clients to allow for cleaning, etc. please do wait until that sign flips before knocking and/or entering, especially if you are an early-bird to appointments.  I’ll need most of that time to spicky-spacky the studio for your visit!

REMEMBER TO BRING CASH OR CHECK ONLY!  You can make that out either to me, Anna Bennett, or The Inspire Studio. Both are official business names.
**Sorry, I do not take credit card at this time, but am happy to go shopping with yours should you choose to leave it with me.  Lol.  Kidding.

IF YOU ARE COMING IN FOR TABLE MASSAGE:

Get ready for more an amazing experience, because this Table Massage will be customized just for your therapeutic needs.   You’ll be offered a blend of hot rocks, table thai, Lomi Lomi, heated towels, etc. to leave you feeling rested, fully restored, and drenched in warmth.

And, of course…you will be professionally draped to ensure modesty.

IF YOU ARE COMING IN FOR THAI MOBILITY MASSAGE:
(**Don’t know that that is?  Shoot.  Click below to find out what you’re missing!)
THAI MOBILITY MASSAGE. YES. YOU WANT ONE.

Well lucky you, because Thai Mobility Massage is nothing short of fabulous.
Be sure to eat lightly.  You will be gently moved around and you want this to feel comfortable and easy.
Wear stretchy, loose, and comfortable clothing + socks if you like warm feet.

The pads can be heated!  It just doesn’t get better than that.

Please be symptom-free and healthy when you come into the studio, and wear a mask (I will always wear one too).  If you have allergies, please be sure they are controlled and that you are free of symptoms like sneezing, coughing, etc.  As it is difficult to discern between viral and allergic responses, you may be sent home if you appear to present a risk.

Every effort is made to minimize the risk of catching ANYTHING other than an amazing bodywork session here at the Inspire Studio.  Take a look <here> to see what the studio does to stay as safe as possible for you and your loved ones during allergy, flu, and COVID-19 season.

24-hr Notice is Required for a Cancellation, or sadly, you will be charged!
Shenanigans happen.  However, due to restrictions around COVID-19 I can only take a MAXIMUM of 4 appointments per day, …and OUCH, an unexpected cancellation really stings!  For this reason, you will be charged for any appointments cancelled within the 24-hr window.  Sad for you, but happy for me because I will use that hour to shop on-line with the fee I just earned for doing no work.

PS.  Please note that 10pm the night prior does not count, lol.  A full day, please.  Okay.  Enough. You get that.  Thank you.
